Fitness kickboxing is a great way to get in
shape, stay in shape, or just plain have
fun. There is no contact or sparring
between participants: It is strictly you
against yourself. You will sweat, kick,
and punch until you think you’re at your
limit, and then you keep on going. This is
also a great way to meet new people and just
get out of the house for a while, or
